Das Buch ist sehr schön geschrieben und auch gut verständlich für Leute, die nicht perfekt englisch können. Es sind sehr schöne Geschichten darin! Ich würde es allen Wil Wheaton-Fans auf jeden Fall empfehlen, aber auch allen Anderen, die gerne kleine Geschichten aus dem Leben lesen.
In diesem Episodenbüchlein gibt sich Wil Wheaton, der durch etwas traurige Augen auf die Welt blickt, weil er nachvollziehbarer Weise durch seine Rolle bei Star Trek-The Next Generation, durch die er nicht nur Lob und Fans erhielt sondern auch viel Hass zu spüren bekam, als einfacher Mensch, der in diesen Episoden aus seinem Leben teils wirklich kurz und auch recht kindlich beschreibt, was ihn berührt oder bewegt hat. Es liest sich wie ein Tagebucheintrag eines Jungen.Für mich wurde Wesley Crusher aus ST-TNG in diesem Buch zu einem normalen Menschen mit Bedürfnissen und Gefühlen. Meiner Meinung nach ein sympatischer kurzer Einblick in einen Charakter, den man zu kennen glaubte und es doch nicht tat.
